There’s an open plan living area and kitchen where everyone can gather, and the house is in a location that allows you to easily reach all Exeter’s attractions and business districts. Just 30 seconds walk from the city centre.

THE SPACE:

The space has a 2 x king or twin beds, 1 x double bed & travel mattress for an additional adult. It's a 3-storey house, thus, the use of stairs is a must.

There’s an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area that gives up to 7 guests a great space in which to relax and socialize. A brand new sofa invites you to settle back in front of your favourite show on the flat-screen TV. And whoever’s cooking can still feel part of the group, as the modern kitchen shares this space and is full of modern appliances that’ll give you the ability to cook for yourselves on those occasions you’re not eating out or grabbing a takeaway. You can also wash your own clothes whenever you need to, just like at home, great if you’re staying here for the long term. Try doing that in an Exeter hotel!

The trio of bedrooms, 2 kings/twins & a double, with prime quality mattresses and bedding to give you a great night’s sleep. There’s also storage space aplenty for your belongings. So unpack, make yourselves at home, whether you’re staying for the weekend, a week or even longer. The Snug downstairs can provide an extra sleeping space or just a chance to hide away, read & relax. Final mention goes to the home’s bathroom which features a tub and shower so you relax or revitalize at the start or end of the day.
