Room was extremely well presented and clean. The entire stay was perfect. The only downside was the breakfast and the fact that the restaurant seem to only have one coffee machine and it took a long time waiting for coffee.

Lovely stay

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location right in the centre and close to the cathedral. Exceptionally clean room witha lovely walk in shower. Will stay again for sure when we come next time to Exeter. Staff were lovely too.

The hotel was lovely however it was way too hot and the air con was not effective in reducing the temperature. We also found the spa to be underwhelming. We were told there was only one hot tub working which was fine but the other one only had half the jets working and was quite grubby. There was also a damp smell not the usual lovely aroma you would expect in a spa.

I stayed here 2 weeks ago and have been trying to find someone go help me ever since. I left a gold bracelet in my room. Let them know immediately and since the. I have called, emailed, messaged on Instagram, filed a complaint and nothing. Unbelievably horrible way to treat a fellow human. Let alone a guest. Hope you’re enjoying wearing my jewellery whoever you are 😣

Our room was spacious and gorgeous. The bed was really comfortable and big! We were in a Premium King Room. The bathroom was large but it did also smell quite badly of damp. The only negative was the car parking. None available on site and not able to drive up to hotel so we had to bring all our luggage from a neighbouring public car park. Unfortunately the lift wasn't working at the car park so we had to carry 3 suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. Parking was 18 British pounds per day, pay and display, and we had to keep going back each day to pay for another 24 hours. Overall though, a fabulous hotel in a great location.
