Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The owner was humble and friendly, but unfortunately the property itself was a major disappointment and did not match the listing in several critical ways.
It is not disclosed that the owner lives on-site, which would have affected my decision to book. The house was not clean, and the AC and heater vents were visibly filled with dust, raising concerns about hygiene. We booked two rooms, yet toiletries were provided for only one bathroom.
The listing photos were misleading. There was no sofa, and the kitchen was extremely poorly maintained and equipped. There were no utensils, the dishwasher didn’t work, and the microwave was so unclean that I didn’t feel comfortable using it. No cleaning supplies were made available. The garbage disposal was broken, forcing me to manually rotate it just to drain water. The dustbin was also broken and could not be opened normally—it required hands or even shoes to pry it open.
Overall, the property condition was far below reasonable expectations. I have photo evidence of all the issues and can provide it if needed.
