One of two spacious ground floor units that overlook the beautiful Evans River with sweeping river views, and only a short flat walk to the RSL Club, boat harbour, shops and beach. Both downstairs units have been fully renovated offering a fresh and clean stay that would appeal to a small family, retired couple or someone just looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Unit 3 is located on the ground floor, right hand side of the property when looking at the house from the road.

A good location , across the road from the river and close to town. Was however, disappointed with description as found the unit to be not so "fresh and clean" and furniture to be tired and in need of upgrading, the bathroom in particular needs to be upgraded. We left a night earlier than booked.
