We experienced an unwelcome traveler, as we had left our dirty clothes on the floor and we introduced bedbugs to our luggage and now are having to have our house treated.

Very Nice Manager-Marie! Room desperately needed update and painting! Found a used tampon under the bed when I was looking for a shoe. Pool area dirty near window. Stained pool made it look dirty! Neighbor said he had a cockroach in his bed! Very good breakfast tho!

Hot tub was out all week without notice, elevator broken, air conditioner smelled like cat pee, sink was leaking on floor, bathroom ceiling paint was all falling off, and bathroom ceiling fan did not work. Staff for breakfast and front desk were all very friendly and helpful. Cleaing maids did not speak any english so it made it very hard to communicate. Litter was all over on the side of our room which was the side of the building. We were told in advance the hot tub was working but when we got there we were told its being repainted and inop all week.

The first room we were put in had obviously not been cleaned. There was blue powder all over the floor, and empty to go containers under the bed. The bathroom door and tv stand were falling apart. We got switched to a new room and it was much nicer. The pool area was dirty and the floor was chipping off. This hotel is definitely not worth $90+ a night.

Scary

I reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds each. 2 beds broke - 1 collapsed to the ground on the right foot side the other tiped straight down. The door knob broke off the outside door from the inside and live mosquito larva was coming up from the drain filling the vanity sink. The tv in my room didnt work nor did the phone or clock on the night stand. They were dead props. We notified the front desk of all of this immediately. The boy the sent jerked the bed up and said "it should be good". It wasn't. We drove 7 hours late in the night. They wouldnt give us another room. Even though there wete availble beds because we booked online! A full refund would be appropriate.

The staff are great and very helpful. As far as the rooms, we reserved the jacuzzi suite over the pool, but were told it was flooded or something. So they gave us a 2nd room, but the carpet was wet. The 3rd room was ok except for the shower being extremely small.. Overall, the facility needs updated and some repairs done. Ice machines were out of order.

Hotel with attitude

The breakfast was good. There were biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, waffles, etc. The bed and pillows were actually very comfortable. The minus of this hotel is it is extremely dated and needs some repair.
