Great weekend trip. We have stayed here every time we come to Eureka Springs. The elevator was on the fritz while were there. We had 2 people in our party that cannot do stairs, the front desk went above and beyond to get a room on the entry level. Great custom service

Very nice clean very nice pool did not stay for breakfast, but they had a iron board hair dryer, coffee pot icebox microwave all in the room the room had some minor repairs that need to be done but overall it was nice clean and comfortable and very quiet

Let people know the pool and YouTube is broken

The rooms were clean. The staff were great. The breakfast was good as well. My only complaint is that they didn’t let people know that the pool was not working at the hot tub was out of order. That’s one of the reasons why I booked that hotel but as far as that, no everything else was great

Honest review here based on my stay. Pool was indoor and felt just above freezing. Bathroom did not work and had not worked in so long that the ceiling had quite a few rust spots. The door handle to get in the room was broken and you could only open the door by pushing up or down very hard. The carpet smelled very musty. And even febreezing didn't taking help. Breakfast was good but don't expect for everyone in your family to get milk with their cereal it's one cup per family.Stay away from the rooms next to the pool unless you like noise the echo from anyone in the pool area will carry into your room. The a/c is not thermostat controled (old school under the window unit). Location was great very close to everything. Oh and the hot tub was also broken and empty.

I like almost everything about the property. But what I didn't like was , a month in advance, I had to reserved 2 rooms as I was not allowed to reserve 1 room for 2 adults and 4 kids. I asked the clerk for adjoining rooms but was denied. I couldn't even get 2 rooms next to each other! I did not want the family to be separated like that. Hope things turn out better if we have to come here again.
