Our room smelled of chemicles or something strong. No drain plug to take a bath. Bathroom was really small. Beds were uncomfortable.

Great room close to everything! Staff are very friendly and handled a weather/tirnado emergency super well evacuating everyone safely to the storm shelter! Rooms are very dated and old appearing though. Cute garden decorations and while a pool was available too chilly to use it. If we ever come back to Eureka Springs we would stay again!!

I like how you can buy trolley tickets to take you certain spots it is very convenient we stay here every time we come to eureka springs the place is always clean and the staff is amazing

The graduation weekend

Well, I always stay at the quality Inn when I can. The rooms are clean and nice. They actually are remodeling the room so I got to stay this last trip in a remodeled room which was nice and comfortable and clean, not fancy but it’s still nice and comfortable the breakfast is wonderful in the morning. Great service. Staff are all friendly.

Memorable trip

This hotel is a gem in eureka springs , they offered high quality service , people were warm and welcoming . Breakfast items were freshly baked in house . My family loved this place , this place is blended with nature and the Victorian tea room provided a unique breakfast experiences .
