Very good

Our experience was very good. They were very kind in our check-in process, and our room was very clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this motel!
Looks to be renovated and more of the property to be expanded. We were greeted warmly. Room was very clean but needs space and/or suitcase rack to store luggage. Small parking spaces and when we were out and came back our keys didn't work and were told this was something they were working on. Probably small glitches because it is fairly new.
The room was decent. Recently renovated. No microwave. There was a refrigerator. I think the hotel is nice enough, I’m not sure about location. Rooms are outside access, and you can hear the traffic. The noise did seem to die down reasonably early.
My boyfriend and I took a last minute trip to Eureka to the Sky Walk at Sequoia Zoo. Arriving at the hotel, we could see that it had recently been remodeled. One area of the hotel was still under construction.
The room was clean, with nice amenities. Nicely decorated with minimalist decor. It was only a one night stay; however, everything was nearby. We walked to dinner at Lost Coast Brewery.

Place has fresh paint, bathroom was nice new and clean.
This was the noisiest motel I’ve ever stayed at. The traffic is super loud. It would help if the door had weather striping and a door kick at the bottom. You can hear every noise and conversation outside! Also the meth heads yelling at each other in the middle of the night! Also each bed only had two thin pillows. Would not stay again!
Very nice motel. I arrived late and the staff was great at accommodating me, letting me check in late and making sure they met me at the front desk for check in. Staff was also very friendly and room was clean.

Stay was ok. Rooms were clean. Very small reception area. No staff around. Snoozzz inn is new so maybe they’re still figuring things out. Needed to asked a quick question but noone was at the lobby, It was only 1830 at night. Door was locked, aside for a piece of paper taped w/ a phone number to call in case if we needed anything. Noone was at their desk/registration room again when we left at 0640 in the morning. Didn’t have any express drop off box for check out so we just left the keys in the room and left. Hope the’ll hire more people to help their hotel to run smoother in the future.
The manager was very attentive and was in constant contact since there is not 24h onsite staff. She tried to reach me but I was flying and en route. She left me a several voice mails and texted me back. She was waiting for me when I arrived. Got a room with two beds for me and my daughter. It was very small, but fine for just a quick overnight. Newly remodeled, and still under construction on some buildings.
The room was clean, only have full sides beds. The downside it was like staying next to a truck stop next to mith heads screaming all night, the vehicles driving by were so loud. So if you want a good night quiet sleep dont stay there
Best roadside hotel stay. Newly renovated with thoughtfully designed layout and details. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and room was spotlessly clean. It is a roadside hotel/motel so some things are invitable: loud street noise, window facing walkway so curtains stayed closed. I would also be careful of the scalding hot water. I suggest turning the hot water temperature down if possible. Otherwise it was a perfect 1 night stay.

This Hotel is still under construction they opened up a small section of rooms. Floor in bathroom was sticky, or door to our room has a large visible gap leading outside, tub was not cleaned had smudges from previous guest. Intersection is loud and busy.
We stayed here in June 2025 and this motel had just opened three week prior. Our room was immaculate, clean and fresh and we ended up staying two nights instead of one. Misty at the front desk was awesome. She was warm, hospitable, and attentive. Thank you for a great stay!

No Frills Newly Renovated Motel
Newly renovated motel open only 3 1/2 weeks. The room was comfortable and clean. The immediate neighborhood is not great but very close to Old Town and nice restaurants and shops. No elevator if you have 2nd floor room. Front Desk is only staffed during afternoon and early evening. No frills motel with good price.
Booked a room here to sleep during our stop on a long family road trip. This place had raving reviews on hotels.com and was one of the more affordably priced properties in the area so we gave it a try.
We arrived just before 10pm. Check-in was friendly and quick. Our room was located in one of the rear buildings. Property appears to be still renovating.
The positives for the property:
Place is nicely lit. Beds had nice bedding and quilted pillowcases. TV was equipped with Roku and a good size. Refrigerator worked and cooled things down nicely. Bathroom had a rainfall shower head. Lots of soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion available.
The downsides of our stay:
Room itself looked nicely furnished but upon closer inspection, most of the furniture had a fresh coat of lacquer applied to them and they felt a bit sticky. Unfortunately, the bathroom floor was not clean and had shoe prints all over. The lid to the toilet was also dirty. One of the beds had a strong, fragrant scent that made us question whether the sheets had been changed even though bed was made. (Moved our daughter to other bed and we slept there.) Sign on the door made it sound like no one in office from 10pm-3pm. Ice machine out of order. A bit noisy in the morning due to crew continuing renovation work. Also, door was missing the security latch.
From what we encountered, this was definitely not a 10/10 stay that we expected from reviews about the property on hotels.com so we were quite disappointed.
Street noisy, No Batterys in TV remote. Ice machine not working. No microwave.Whole property not completed yet.
No attendent in the office from 10pm to 3pm the next afternoon. Girl that checked us in was asleep th the desk when we arrived, started eating a Mc Donalds meal as she worked with us, talking with her mouth full and had a difficult time geting the charges right. Asleep again on the guest chair when we went down to ask about batteries.
$200 Hold is still pending even tho I paid ahead through Expedia. Requested a King at time of reservation amd was provided 2 doubles in a room that was not fully
Totally surprised by the calibre of this motel. We dont usually stay in motels but the reviews were so good and the price was right, so we tried it. Freshly painted bright white and black, totally renoed rooms with new, super comfy beds, quiet all night and high quality, natural toiletries. I would have bought some if they sold them. Everything was sparkling white and clean. I cant say enough about the pleasant surpise Snoozzz Inn was. Also, great location.
