Wonderful little place in a part of the world I never anticipated visiting. The owners were very accommodating and food recommendations were perfect.
Walking around town during sunset offered the perfect relaxer before bed.
Thank you !
Look like a great place to stay, we just have some health issues needed a bathroom in our room and management was gracious enough to let us out of the contract.
Pinc Lady was absolutely wonderful!
I loved it. It was like staying at a favorite aunts house.

We had a comfortable room in a unique setting with great potential. The area is close to nice shops and restaurants. Mario was a gracious host and his passion for restoration of the property was infectious. Once he completes the bar area it should be a warm gathering place. Sadly, a fair number of people in the neighborhood seem to be suffering from drug induced psychosis. Hopefully, they will receive the services they need in the near future. Overall, it was a memorable stay.
Wonderful historic house and Jacquine was a gracious host full of knowledge about the details of the community and the mansion.
Era furnishing, ornate fixtures and redwood millwork really allows one to experience what these properties were like in their prime.
The Pinc Lady Mansion fell more like visiting a great friend or family member. We were greeted at the door with a warm smile and a historic tour by the owner Jacqueline! In the evening we were even treated to live music!
The Mansion is within walking distance of many great restaurants, shopping, and directly across the street from the historic Carson Mansion. The Pinc is also close to various parks for hiking and enjoying the redwoods or take a stroll on the nearby beach.
This is a lovely Victorian mansion built in the 1800s. The rooms are spacious and very clean. This is not a hotel! You aren't confined to a small sterile room with a plastic key card! Having said that, keep in mind you will have shared common areas and restrooms.
All in all an absolute delight and we look forward to our return.

We arrived 10 minutes early and the owner was displeased and let us know as such.
Her son was very nice over the phone when I called that morning and said we could come anytime between 3 and 4. His phone number is listed on The “rules” sheet they emailed; so I figured he was in charge.
The owner (his mother) said he gave us incorrect info: perhaps they should have a meeting about procedures.
She apologized but the damage was done. No one wants to begin a vacation by being scolded. She also told us personal things about herself. This is inappropriate to tell guests personal things. I don’t recommend this hotel.
This Hotel is a historical museum as well as a lovely place to stay. Everything is spick and span clean and the rooms very comfortable. The woman who owns it gave us the "grand tour" and talked about the history of the mansion and Eureka in general. Very informative.
We drove down from Washington State for my birthday and we arrived to be greeted very politely and warming. Walked us to our room and gave us the run down of the history of the home. The entire facility was clean and smelled clean as well. Both hosts were very polite and accommodating! Thank you so much for a memorable birthday weekend.
