Our part of the motel had a nice courtyard where people relaxed, stretched, & worked on their laptops. Plenty of storage- drawers & closet in the room. Liked that it had two upholstered chairs in the room as well as an office chair. Didn't care for the pillows. I'm 6'4" and the bathroom presented some issues. The toilet is too low and installed too close to the wall. The shower head was approx. 5' tall (fixable).

I liked the courtyard and fountain, very peaceful. The front desk staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The only thing off was a musty odor in the room and bits of wear around the porcelain and tiles in the bathroom. But overall it was a very nice room and comfortable beds.

Amazing Property

When I came into the lobby to check in, I was completely frazzled and freaked out thanks to an incident on the I-5. I was shaky, and probably a little short with the individual who checked me in. He was so incredibly kind, walking me through the property and check in process, offered me water, a place to sit and decompress, and anything else. I can’t stress the service of this place. The room itself was nice - tidy, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. You can tell the property has been updated fairly recently, and it shows. The property is clean, and well maintained. Everything was perfect. I would absolutely, without a doubt, stay here any time I need to stop in Springfield.
