The home was clean and stocked with basic amenities. However, they could do a better job explaining the parking situation. It appears you are not allowed to park in front of the residence. The parking they list is that there are two spots allowed in the rear of the property. There is no way to get into the home from the rear and you literally have to walk around the entire block to get into the home or drop someone off in the front so they could open the garage from the rear of the home.

Nice, quiet neighborhood located close to the freeway and Autzen Field! It is a condo but it's very quiet inside. We didn't hear any families on either side of us. We will definitely consider this property for future trips to Eugene!

We could tell the townhome was very new. It was very clean, organized and well stocked with certain essentials. Only suggestions for improvements may be additional hooks or bars for towels, a bigger, sauté pan, then maybe oven mitts. Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable stay at a very nice facility. Thank you
