Poor staffing - no internet or TV for 3 days, they finally moved us to another room. Called multiple times and never got a call back. Bedding was very old and thin. Pillow was ripped and stuffing coming out. Water in shower was scalding hot! Nice location, but definitely needed updating!

We booked a stay at this place for anniversary trip. The draw for this place was that it was close to RMNP, it was very close to a restaurant, and the reviews seemed good. Unfortunately, there was a big mold spot in the bathroom of our room. We contacted the management to get us a new room and they gave us the runaround. We asked them every day of our trip if there was another room we could move to because we didn’t want to be breathing in mold (especially because I am pregnant), and they told us that there was nothing they could do besides refund us for our stay. After checking out of this resort, we contacted them several times about how to initiate the refund, and they have never responded to us. We are currently in the process of disputing the charge with our credit card. Would NEVER stay here again.

The rooms are decorated with a real feel for being at Rocky Mountain National park and it was great having a nice restaurant next door.

I could probably deal with the horrible wifi, paper thin walls, random dust/ paint chips everywhere, if the beds weren't completely disgusting. The beds from head to toe were covered in what looked like 3 different sets of people and their dogs hair. Additionally all extra blankets and linens were also covered in hair. I understand you get what you pay for but there is a reasonable standard of cleanliness anywhere you go, and this was nowhere close. The reviews on here are way too inconsistent and frequent for such a small place, would definitely recommend looking for a better place in the area even if you have to pay a bit more its worth it to actually be able to sleep. Other people with the same experiences.

While I typically wouldn't go out of my way to leave a review, the reviews are why I selected this place. The room was okay, a little outdated, but overall fine. There was a slight musty smell when we checked in. There was an old bandaid stuck the floor of our bathroom near the toilet, and a thick wad of hair down in the shower drain - which backed up significantly whenever you showered. They advertised internet, which was sort of true although the majority of the time it did not work and was spotty at best when it did. Luckily the in room tv had cable, but the smart TV features were unusable without stable wifi. We were never able to locate front office staff, and only saw the building open during the restaurants operating hours. There is not formal check in or check out process for this property.

Great place to stay and very reasonable pricing. Right outside the Rocky Mountain national Park entrance and near Estes Park downtown . Inside looks awesome, great fireplace and comfortable bed. Outside was a bit like a Roadside motel, but safe and quiet quiet. No staff on site. But they were available to via text. Not needed during my day though.
