Check in was easy and fast using code we received the morning of stay. Room had rustic theme and was comfortable with great location to park and close to town.
Really nice place our room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The property is outside of Estes Park. There is a river running through this made it so relaxing to sit on the porch and listen to the water. Nice restaurant on site as well.
An inexpensive yet conveniently located hotel just outside of RMNP. The room was clean and comfortable with a rustic feel that fits well with its location.
The check-in process is unique but it also worked flawlessly. Overall we had no complaints with our stay and would likely visit again in the future.
Great place to stay to go to Rocky Mountain National Park. It’s 2 miles down the road and there’s a grocery store 4-5 miles in the opposite direction.we stayed a week. Bed was comfy linens were clean. Room was clean. Only issues were Not a lot of outlets tub drained slow and the last night we had no cable tv to watch. There is a restaurant at the front of the property. We ate there the first night didn’t really care for it. Nothing seemed homemade like the menu said. It appeared to be food delivered by Sysco. I wasn’t expecting fine dining but instant potatoes on the shepherd pie just didn’t cut it.
I would actually stay there again as it’s priced right and so convenient to Rocky Mountain park.
The furnace was out. The room was as super cold. There is no staff on site. I called the emergency line about 10 times. The guy texted me saying someone was on their way to fix it. The guy came and fixed the furnace. The next day the entire room smelled like natural gas. It burned by eyes. I had to leave the room and call the emergency line again. I probably should have called 911. They sent the same service guy out again. He was great. No issues. He said the pilot light was turned up too high. He dialed it back down. The issue went away. We let the room air out for a good hour.
Be careful off you stay in room 110. The service guy also offered me a free night stay credit. I said sure. Nobody ever contacted me or set up a credit. The property was awesome though. Anyone will love it. Just my issue with the furnace.
Room was very cozy. I was really shocked by how comfortable the bed was but the shower on the other hand was unbelievable! The water presser had me feeling like I just had an aqua massage! The property was beautiful! They have a pool, fire pit, mini golf, yard games and a restaurant on site! Will most definitely be coming back!!
Cozy, comfy, and relaxing. I would definitely come back to this resort for a longer stay and to soak up the Rocky Mountain environment. The hotel room felt like I was staying in a cabin. It was a great stop after driving all night and all day.
The equipment is very old here and the ice machine is not working at all. There is a nice restaurant right on the property that I believe serves meals morning noon and evening. But the room is very small and I find myself continually being shocked every time I walk across the floor. I don't know if there's a grounding issue in the room or what's going on.
