Great place to stay

Great stay at Nicky’s Resort. Beautiful setting, convenient bar and restaurant and all at a very good price. Would definitely stay here again

The room was fine for one night. It was mostly clean and neat. The bathroom area needed some regrouting because it did not look nice. Also the floor in the bathroom was grubby. We were not provided with sheets for the futon for our third person,

Only stayed here for one night due to travel plans but would’ve loved to stay longer. The room was super cozy, quiet, and clean. We arrived late around 6 but the pool was open until 8 so we decided to take advantage of it. We had the pool all to ourselves and the water was super warm, which is much needed with the cool Colorado air. It’s a cute little resort in a row of other great motels/cabins but for a great cost. Wish we had more time to eat at the restaurant bc the food smelled delicious!

The property located in convenient are close to stores and restaurants . It offers sitting by the river where it is nice to spent half an hour with a coffee or drink.

Terrible service

I had stayed there before and it was ok. Brought guest this time unit was nasty. Had garbage on the floor. Not enough towels . I called hadvto tell the guy that answered the phone become nobody is on the property. He said someone wouold bri g towels. They never showed up. I will never stay here again. Pitiful.

Great location! Just mins from downtown Estes Park & the entrance to the RMNP. Love the river that runs through the property, all the amenties, and the convenience of Wapiti being outside your door for some food or a drink. I was worried about the "no contact check-in & check-out", but it went very smoothly. The staff was very attentive to texts whenever we needed anything. We had a great time. Definitely recommend it.

Great stay

The hotel stay was great. The building itself is a little old but it was clean and quiet, and the owner is so nice and accommodating. The river running through the property was fun to fish, and the on site restaurant was delicious.

Good room, funky sliding door entrance, nicely designed furnishings comfy bed but mold/mildew around tub and flooring in bath.Clorox would fix that easily!
