The house was in a good location; near town, but it shares a driveway with another house so it is VERY close to the neighbors on all sides and you see/hear cars going by on the highway through the windows. So not very secluded. Several windows are broken in different rooms of the house letting air in (they just have “notes” on them saying they will be fixed at some point) and when it’s cold outside, you can feel it through these broken windows. The backdoor going from the garage to the backyard (the only way in and out to the pickleball court and fire pit) won’t shut properly (door knob/latch is broken) and the main fridge doesn’t properly cool food or drinks (even with barely anything in it). The fireplaces are nice and heat the house well, the house was clean and welcoming, and the hot tub was nice. Most of the pickleball paddles were already broken and falling apart, the fire pit shown in the online pictures isn’t the same one as the one actually there. The game room was nice and that was the main reason we chose this place over others plus the space. It seems like several things are not getting properly fixed up for guests between visits, which is sad. We cleaned the coffeemaker ourselves since it was still dirty from the guests before us!
