Downtown Corner Luxury Loft on the Riverwalk - King Bed!

Short term rental registration number 6171. Get away from it all in the mountains of Estes Park with luxury and the convenience of a downtown location. The loft is right on the Riverwalk and main street; you'll be able to walk to shops, restaurants and art galleries on the main street of Estes Park and you're close to all the outdoor activities of RMNP and the surrounding areas.

The space

This luxurious loft in the heart of town has 11 foot ceilings, a warm gas fireplace, sky lights, full bath with an enormous jacuzzi tub, granite counter tops and a private deck overlooking the river walk.
You'll find that this loft is very quiet with a peaceful with a view of a hillside, you will feel miles away while relaxing in this quiet gem and if you're lucky you'll watch a herd of elk walking by on the hillside. Living, dining and kitchen are all part of an open, sunny space. Be sure to open the windows so you can hear the river rushing by! Our guests love the luxurious jacuzzi bathtub as well. The building is secure & safe with a few cute shops right below.
Estes Park offers numerous festivals, restaurants, art galleries, shopping, golf, tennis, music venues, museums and historic properties such as the grand Stanley Hotel.
Rocky Mountain National Park is only a few miles up the road and has 350 miles of hiking trails covering the most easily accessible, pristine mountains in the United States. Hiking, biking, horseback riding are all available in the park or you can drive Trail Ridge Road over the Continental Divide.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Very nice condo inside of condo. Suggestions for consideration: 1. Patio lacks privacy screen between the two units like all the other units (very awkward when both parties are on the patio. 2. Patio lacks roof like the other units and is sun facing as thus lacks shade. 3. Exhaust fan in bathroom does not work.

Love, love loved this location! My wife and I came to Estes Park for our anniversary. It is so convenient being right in the heart of EP, but it’s super quiet inside and you have sort of a mountain view off the back balcony and a mountain stream right below you. See pics. Very spacious and open floor plan and all the instructions were perfect. Owner was super responsive. Will definitely return here (if it’s available)!

No luxury to this loft.

The most disappointing feature was not having a shower I could use! This shower had shower floor that was like standing on slippery glass and with no hand rails I couldn’t risk a fall. I’m a senior citizen but not disabled, but anyone could easily be injured here.

A quiet clean condo in town

A perfect place for the two of us to stay in Estes Park. Everything was just as described. We could walk to everywhere in town. Free parking was convenient right out back. We enjoyed the balcony over the river. A great base to explore RMNP, a short drive away. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

Beautifully appointed loft with balcony overlooking the river.

My husband and I only had time for a short stay in Estes but would highly recommend this loft for a 2 person stay. Location is perfect for all the activities in town, and if you are a walker, you can take the riverwalk all the way to Estes Lake. The loft had everything you needed and more. It was well supplied with all the extras and very roomy and comfortable. We would stay there again. We really enjoyed our stay in Estes.

Perfect location, right downtown!

The listing was even better than the pictures showed. We really enjoyed the large windows, and all the natural light. We felt that it was spacious and comfortable. The best part was the location! We loved being so close to everything downtown, and went on many walks up and down the river walk. Tons of food and shopping options, within blocks.

This property is perfect for two people. The location could not be better. It's right in the mix of things with anything in Estes within walking distance. Nice view of the river with small deck overlooking it. Highly recommend. Owner was very responsive! Hope to return someday!

Beautiful and a Great Location

This was our second time to stay in this beautiful condo. The location is great since you just walk out your door and you are in the middle of downtown. Communication with the owner (Stacey) was very prompt. The condo was very clean and we would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Apartment But Loading Zone No Go

This apartment was stunning! Everything about it was great! The ONLY downside was every time we needed to unload our vehicle, the loading zone was taken by the same shop owner that has a store below the rental. We ended up parking and taking multiple trips to and from to get our stuff to the rental.

Amazing stay

This property was perfect for us. The location is amazing with restaurants, bars and gift shops all within walking distance. We did go to the local grocery to buy some items for hiking and lunches in Rocky Mountain National Park. I can’t begin to tell you how great it is to have the doors open or to sit on the balcony and hear the roar of the river just outside the door. We will definitely be back and we will definitely stay in this same property.
