Lovely 3 bedroom apartment in the centre of the beautiful town of Estepona, located just 500 metres from Plaza de las Flores and 700 metres from the pristine beaches of Estepona. The apartment features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen, and private covered terrace. The property has air conditioning (hot and cold) in 2 bedrooms, and fast and unlimited WIFI (600mbps) throughout. Guests are just a short walk from fantastic restaurants and shopping in the old historic town of Estepona.



The master bedroom features a double bed (150cm) and plenty of wardrobe space. The second bedroom has a double bed (140cm). The third bedroom has a single bed and work desk with chair. The bedrooms share access to a bathroom with shower.



The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances and utensils expected of a quality holiday property, allowing guests to cook and entertain from the property should they wish to. Guests will find: a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and all cutlery, glasses and crockery needed.
