A completely refurbished flat in June 2019 with two bedrooms and one bathroom.
This ground floor flat consists of a living-dining room with open kitchen, two bedrooms with single beds of 90, and a bathroom with bathtub.

Playa Bella is a gated community with direct access to the beach. It is the ideal place for families or couples who want to enjoy a perfect beachfront location and the proximity to Marbella and Estepona.

Wir waren 9 Wochen in dieser Wohnung sie wirkte kühl ungemütlich, sie ist feucht Schimmel an den Fenstern, Wänden zimmerdecken unsere Kleidung fühlte sich morgens immer feucht an im Essbereich Liesen sich die Fenster nicht Verriegeln wurde behoben Küche sehr Sperlich ausgestattet nicht für längere Zeiten zu Empfehlen keine Haken für Jacken auch im Bad keine Hacken für Handtücher keine Ablagefleche ein kleines 2 er Sofa durchessen nach mehr malignen anfragen wegen frischer Bettwäsche hat es 1 Woche gedauert dann kam sie in einen gelben Sack mit Flecken übel Riechend aber es war nichts gegen die Kopfkissen als ich sie abgezogen hatte ist es mir schlecht geworden uralte Schweißflecken ich hatte um sauberes Kissen gebeten aber es spazierte nichts als wen das noch nicht reichte ist jemand 2 mal in der Wohnung gewesen und hat mein Parfum im Wert von 100,00 mitgenommen. Es ist wirklich schade wir waren schon oft in Spanien und konnten immer alles liegen lassen aber so etwas ist uns noch nicht spaziert.Ps. wir fühlen uns schon übern Tisch gezogen. Diese Wohnung ist nicht zu Empfehlen
