Lovely experience

The hotel was in a gorgeous place with the Rhur on one side and woodland all around the others. The staff could not do enough for us and were fantastic. The breakfast was varied and beautifully presented and the restaurant was fine dining.

Great location for a relaxing trip.

First time staying here. Wonderful location next to the lake. Excellent breakfast. Bathroom was a little small ...maybe other rooms have a bit more space. Would defintely return.

My favourite place to stay in Essen!

Schönes Hotel mit sehr gutem Restaurant

Schönes Hotel direkt am Baldeneysee. Gut zu erreichen vor allem auch mit der S-Bahn, deren Bahnhof ganz in der Nähe ist. Kleine Zimmer und Bäder. Sehr gutes Restaurant. Tolles Frühstück für nur 10,- €

Hotel war OK, Frühstück sehr gut, allerdings Kopfkissen viel zu dick und Bettdecke zu warm für die Jahreszeit, würde wieder dort übernachten, allerdings würde ich mir vorher die "Bettzutaten" genau ansehen
