The hotel was located in a very convenient location, with plenty of amenities nearby, most importantly: a stone's throw from the Steele railway station. The premises were spotless, quiet, the rooms vast, cosy and all areas of the building felt well-maintained, and comfortable.

Staff were rude and charged me for 2 Breakfasts when it was stated they were free on the confirmation email. The curtains do not close on the windows so it I permanently light in the room. My Uncle tried to close the curtain in his room and it came off the rail.amd fell on to the floor. Room was okay except for this bit the staff were rude.

Zimmer war top, selten sowas gesehen, das Paket macht es sehr edel, helles Zimmer, sauberes Bad, frühstücken konnte man auch sehr gut. Der weihnatsmarkt vor der Haustür 😁. Ich komme wieder.

Sehr schöne Zimmer mit überteuertem Frühstück.

Die Unterkunft ist ausgezeichnet. Bei Anreise wurden wir informiert das die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist. Einchecken ging trotzdem reibungslos. Unser kurzfristig gebuchtes Frühstück wurde mit 20 € pro Person nachträglich berechnet. In der Beschreibung steht, dass dies für 14 € pro Person hinzugebucht werden kann. Hatten das leider nicht gelesen. Wir können im Nachhinein daher nicht nachvollziehen, wie dieser Preis zustande kommt und finden das absolut überteuert.

Sehr schönes renoviertes Zimmer, perfekte Lage direkt neben dem Bahnhof, aber doch ruhig. Gutes Frühstück mit allem was man braucht.
