Located in a quiet community, this spacious and modern villa is within short distance to the long sandy beaches of Esposende. The villa is very spacious and has been tastefully decorated and furnished with quality in mind.
In addition to the private swimming pool, guests have the use of a tennis court, small 5 a side football pitch - a delight for children and adults - and a volleyball court.
The villa is fully air conditioned.
The old fishing village of Esposende is about 3,000 metres away. Here you will find a good selection of shops and restaurants and a fabulous beach, backed by sand dunes. Quinta da Barca golf course can be found within a 5 minute walk. Horse riding centre about a 5 minute drive away. Oporto town centre is within a 30-minute drive. The old town centre is classified as a World Heritage Site.
There is a housekeeper who lives on the estate in a separate cottage. The guests accommodation is completely independent with privacy.

Perfect accomodation for four older couples

The house was luxurious with many bed and bath rooms, necessary for senior citizens. Kitchen was well equipped. What was not available immediately was brought by the very helpful patron. His instructions and advise were welcomed, as well. Many thanks! The situation of the house was in the middle of small village with a small shop around the corner and a larger one two km away. The town Esposende with wider shopping and restaurant services was not very far either, just some ten minutes drive from the house. A most beautiful parts and attractions of northern Portugal were near by in the reach of an hour or two. There was only one minor thing to be dissatisfied with: The house was near or in the middle of agriculture area, poultry and pigs (?) etc. Due to that there was a slight smell of manure in the air all the time (not so disturbing!). More disturbing was the multitude of flies which prevented us to enjoy meals outdoors. However, the overall impression was excellent. We enjoyed! With thankful regards Jussi Ravela

Large and luxurious with very helpful owners

Worked very well for us with enough space for everyone in our blend of three families. Main rooms are big enough for everyone together but there are plenty of other places to be apart.

The villa is so completed, nothings missing!The bedrooms have a lot of space. 1 word; fantastic!

We had a great time with two families with little kids! The villa is one big playground! Also for the adults! Tennis, swim, football, snooker, table tennis.... and surfing the waves in Esposende; Made it a fantastic holliday!

Das Haus bietet viel Platz. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut, sie ist auf mindestens 10 Personen ausgerichtet. Es ist ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden. Gut gefallen hat uns der große Kühlschrank und der Eiswürfelbereiter. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Der Weg zum Strand ist zu Fuß unattraktiv und daher zu weit. Tiere in der Nachbarschaft, daher einige Fliegen. Tennisplatz, Schläger, Bälle, Billardtisch... vorhanden und gut benutzbar.

La maison est très belle, très grande et très fonctionnelle. La qualité de la literie est excellente. En plus, le propriétaire est très sympathique et très discret. Aucun regret, rien que du bonheur! Nous étions 4 couples et l'avis est unanime.
