When entering the room , room was clean and enough beds. Unfortunately the beds were so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. :( No air con in rooms so be careful when visiting during summer. There was a ceiling fan but unfortunately that didn't do much .

Mevcut olanaklar arasında TV, saç kurutma, kalorifer, tavan vantilatörü, otopark; resepsiyon ve diğer personel ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Eksiklikleri: klima, buzdolabı, çalışma masası yok, aydınlatma yetersiz. Konumu şehrin güneybatı tarafında sakin ve meskun bölgede, şehir merkezine (Odunpazarı Evlerine) 30 dakika yürüme (5 dakika araç) mesafesinde, tramvaya ve ESOGÜ’ye yakın. Fiyat-performans arayanlar için.

Otel çalışanları gayet güleryüzlü ve ilgili idi. Son derece temizdi. Hem odalar hem yatak ve nevresimler. Ama 2 gece kaldığımız için mi bilmiyorum. İlk geceden sonra ertesi gün oda temizlenmemiş, çöpler dahi alınmamıştı. İlk gün 07.30 da başlayan kahvaltımızı 07.15 de istedik yardımcı olmadılar. Otel kuralları mutlaka vardır. Ancak özel durumlarda yardımcı olunmalı. Konum olarak iyi. Yoldan uzak olduğu için çok gürültü yok. Ama odalar arası ses duyuluyor. Özellikle kapılar açıp kapatıldığında o sesi iliklerinize kadar hissediyorsunuz. Uykusu ağır olanlar için sorun yok ama hafif uyuyorsanız sıkıntı. Banyoda tek kullanımlık ürünler yok. Otel adı altında olduğu için bence olmalı. Sabunluk kutusunda şampuan vardı. Araç için otel çevresi gayet uygundu.

Genel olarak personel güler yüzlü bize yardımcı oldular her konuda fakat odaya ilk girdiğimiz de banyo kısmı kullanılmış gibi klozet özellikle kirliydi. Onun dışında oda temizdi nevresimler temizdi.

Otel genel anlamda gayet temizdi, ama kettle gibi bir su ısıtıcısı ve mini buzdolabı olsa çok güzel olurdu. Zaten bir gece kaldık gün içinde çok dolaştığımız için otele gelince direk uyumuşuz. Tekrar gidersem tercih edebilirim. Teşekkür ederim.

Ailecek 1 gece kaldık. O yüzden family odayı tercih ettik. Yataklar rahat oda çok temizdi. Girişteki personeller güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Tekrar gelsem burayı tercih ederim. Kahvaltı almadık. Kısaca temizlik ve rahatlık istiyorsanız rahatlıkla tercih edebilirsiniz.

Biz bir gece ailece konakladık odada tek oda yangın merdiveni odadaydı ne alaka yastıklar çok rahatsızdı normalde otel yastıkları rahattır ama sabah herkesin boynu ağrıyordu akşam ve sabah yemeği hizmeti almamıştık ailece kalınabilecek bir yer ama Eskişehir her yerde kalamazsınız bence
