The power was out for 7.5 hours, the wifi was out for 9.5. It's the middle of summer, and this meant no AC, and the room refrigerators leaking onto the floor.
SDGE (electric company for the area) listed it as a planned outage for that area on their website, which would have been nice to know when checking in.
I've stayed here many times, and it's always been great. I'll likely stay here again. But they didn't offer any refunds, and also tried to say it was an emergency outage when anyone can look up the outage online and see it was planned...
