Be prepared to take the Swiss chocolate right up that you know what they charge you $10 for a Coke zero breakfast is 35 foot Swiss franc, which is about 50 US then they hit you up with every fee they can it’s extremely expensive not only the room was 500 bucks but the cost for everything else they really let you have it so you’re getting the Swiss chocolate right up that you know what

Convenient location, clean and efficient

The hotel was 100% occupied when we were waiting for check-in. Jil was able to quickly check us in and made some recommendations for us. Unfortunately our Superior Room was missing robes, slippers and a coffee machine but the staff brought these to our room. Conveniently located near Zurich Airport, clean and efficient. The food at Filini Restaurant was very tasty. Only complaint is that the pillows could be fluffier or have more support.

Only a few minutes walk to the security checkpoint and we didn’t even have to go outside. Shops, restaurants, public transportation (trains,trams,buses,airlines,taxis,rental car) are all at the same complex. The hotel is very nice. It has nice restaurant,bar. Staffs are very friendly and professional.

Great location. They need to do better with housekeeping. I stayed here for two days. No conditioner in the shower even though I just got there. And second day, there were a lot of hairs in the shower which means they didn’t clean well. Very dark room as well

Not recommended

Rooms were very dark. Rooms and corridors smelled unpleasant. Thermostat either didn’t work or not well as room was very hot, making it difficult to sleep as well. One towel had stains and linens were very worn and very rough in texture.
