Villa Serendipity with sea view

This beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom (sleep 4) villa is in an exclusive development has stunning views of the sea. The villa has its own private entrance and swimming pool (the pool is 10 meters by 5 meters). There is a covered barbeque area, a large terraced area, there are six sun loungers and another table and chairs next to the pool, where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views of the sea. The garden has now matured with a lawned area to the front and more privacy from the other villas. Each bedroom has its own balcony and air conditioning. The villa is a short walk away from the sea and a secluded bay.

Porto Heli: Porto Heli is the nearest village and has most of the amenities needed on a holiday. It has a variety of eating establishments, cafes, bars, nightclubs and the usual shops and even an open air cinema. Have a night-time stroll along the marine and check-out the boats and yachts moored in the beautiful natural harbour. Boats can be hired to enable you to explore the numerous secluded bays along the coast. The interesting coastline is ideal for snorkeling and scuba diving and there a local water sports school. In August Porto Heli has its annual festival.
Places to visit: From Porto Heli you could visit, via ferry or water taxi, the Islands of Spetses, Hydra or Poros. Historical sites including Epidavros, which has the shrine to the Greek God of healing, Ascleplos and an amphitheatre, which still holds performances during the summer is only 50km away. Nafplion, the first capital of Greece, is 90km away is full of wonderful Venetian and Turkish architecture and has a number of interesting cafes and shops to explore.
Close by are the villages of Kilada and Ermioni (market on Thursday) . They have a number of sea front tavernas, many specialising in the locally caught sea food.

We have just returned from a lovely holiday, the villa is beautifully presented and very well equipped. The pool and outside space are particularly nice. Communication was excellent and it was helpful to receive a list of places to visit and restaurants to try. There was a welcome gift of fruit, wine, biscuits and water which was a very nice touch. Great position with a little cove a few minutes walk away, bigger beaches and Porti Helicopter within a short drive. Good outside space and pool. Well stocked kitchen and perfect sized villa for a family. Would happily return.

Just back from 10 days in Falcon Villa. Perfect for a family with 3 bds, large living area and outdoor space with own pool. The villa is located in a small gated community of a dozen or so other villas. Whilst it feels quite "isolated" and off the typical tourist path (which i like) it is only a 5 min drive into Porto Heli (decent restaurants etc). Many beaches in the surrounding area and lots of day trips (eg Hydra, Spetses etc) which the family loved (Spetses is a 15 min boat ride with horse drawn "taxi" being the main form of transport).
The owner Tina was helpful and responsive with all enquiries and there was a local lady there to meet us on arrival. Overall, i would recommend this to families wanting a good break in the sun away from the crowds and close enough to some Greek "ruins", islands and other places of interest. Lovely villa, amenities as described, clean and tidy when we arrived. We had a lovely relaxing holiday, great outdoor area, we swam in the pool each day and had a couple of BBQs. Lots of places to visit, Porto Heli, just 5 minutes away, Ermioni and Spetses, all if which had a number of lovely restaurants.
Communication with Tina was good and the directions to the villa were a great help.
Ideal for couples and families.

This property was as described. Well kitted out kitchen. Swimming towels helpfully provided. Clean. Well maintained. Lovely welcome food. Efficient email contact with owner. Pool has deep end which was great for diving in and it was cleaned twice. Perhaps it would be better to time the cleaning of the pool so it is cleaned just before new travellers arrive. We noticed the difference after it was cleaned the first time. Our best day out was a day trip to Hydra. Nice atmosphere in Porto Heli especially in the evenings. Enjoyed a night out at the Open Air Cinema. But we stayed mostly at the villa and self-catered. Good bakery as you arrive at Porto Heli from Epidaurus and a good supermarket in Porto Heli-10 mins from villa. The drive from Epidaurus in our 9 seater was at times a bit hairy . Not sure we would have found the villa very easily if we hadn't been shown the way. I would recommend this property. Published Aug 24, 2011

Wir waren eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus und es war einfach toll. Alles hat geklappt. Angela hat uns empfangen und uns alles erklärt. Alles was man brauchte war da.Das Haus war sauber und der Pool fantastisch. !!!! Das Haus ist so liebevoll eingerichtet, besser geht nicht. Lieben Dank für die schöne Woche in Grichenland. La villa è conforme alla descrizione ed alle foto. La posizione è stupenda , vicino a due bellissime calette , una raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. La casa è attrezzata ottimamente , c'è ogni cosa di cui uno possa avere bisogno , forno , lavastoviglie , lavatrice, tv , impianto stereo , giochi in scatola , libri, asciugamani da spiaggia . Noi viaggiamo da anni in case in affitto e questa fa parte di quella tipologia in cui trovi già tutto , olio , spezie , piastrine per le zanzare , sale , zucchero...è insomma una casa che quando arrivi dà l'impressione di essere già abitata e non devi precipitarti a fare la spesa per comprare tutto subito. Le camere da letto sono belle e panoramiche e la piscina è splendida inoltre vengono spessissimo dei gentili signori a farne la manutenzione. La signora Angela è sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi problema. Tutta la proprietà è perfettamente recintata così anche il nostro cane setter si è molto divertito girando libero. Il forno esterno è bello , grande e molto funzionale, abbiamo fatto bellissime grigliate ! La proprietaria non vive li' , ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni ed i consigli in maniera puntuale via mail. Consiglio vivamente questa proprietà. Published Sep 16, 2018

We had a lovely vacation in this house in the first week of August. I stayed with my husband and my two kids. The house was well equiped and we found everything we needed. My kids used the pool a lot. Within a 10 minutes drive towards Ermioni we found a lovely beach - sandy and absolutly no people there. Also 10 minutes from the house in Porto Heli we found a lot of really good greek restaurants. We absolutly recommend this house. Published Aug 22, 2017

The villa is very usefull with all stuf inside and well organized. All was exactly as pictures and descriptions presented in the website. Tina gave us very easy information and full elements before our arrival, that was very usefull.
We were there for one week with our son (4 years old) and we had a very good time, lot of things to do near Porto Heli with Ermioni, Hydra island, small beach close to the villa.
Outdoor is nice with all facilities (bbq, swiming pool clean, outdoor sofa...), indoor of the villa is simple but usefull. Maybe bathrooms should be refreshed for a better experience according to the global value.
