A cottage located at the beautiful area of Kounoupi, only 7’ minutes on foot from the seaside and 5 km distance from the city of Porto Cheli.
The place is Ideal for people who are looking for a quiet vacation.
In our effort to make a fully ecological and autonomous place, the house is powered by the sun through solar panels
We don’t have any air con but we do have air fans!

It’s fully equipped with anything that a family needs to spend their vacation, a nice veranda for relaxation and a spacious garden.
The property is pet free at no no extra cost so feel free to bring your lovely pet with you!
