The 80 m² apartment on the first floor consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, 2 bedrooms as well as one modern bathroom renovated in January 2025, and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Friedrichshafen, a lovely town on the lake, can be reached within a 10-minute drive or in 12 minutes by train (6.7 km); the train station is 400 m or a 5-minute walk from the apartment. You can also get to Bregenz, across the Austrian border and surrounded by a wonderful panorama, within a 30-minute drive (33 km).
