Beautiful and spacious home in quiet Lakeside neighborhood. Guests will love the beautiful finishes, unique decor and high end touches! Stroll to the beach 2 min away or relax in the private fenced in yard. We’ve stocked all of our favorite games, too! Foosball, Corn-hole, tumbling towers, connect-4…

Bright and open first floor with huge, eat-in kitchen, living room with 65” tv, walk-in pantry, full bathroom and King-size master. Kitchen features GE Cafe appliances, farm sink, and is well-stocked for preparing meals or baking to your heart’s desire! Brew your favorite coffees, teas and cocoas provided, too!

Two huge bedrooms upstairs with soft bedding for restful nights! Each has 2 queen beds. Full bathroom upstairs. Laundry in basement.

Guests can retreat into the backyard or take a short 2-4 minute walk to the beach at Chautauqua Park. Look for the park bench, then follow the natural-root carved path down to the rocky beach- full of beach glass! It's an adventure to climb down but people of all ages enjoy the quiet beach here. Boat ramps 3-5 minute drive, 5 minutes to downtown, 15 minute drive to Presque State Park and Waldameer Amusement Park and Water World.

Please respect the neighborhood and practice quiet time beginning at 10 pm. No smoking, vaping, pets or illegal activity.

You stay at the Spacious Oasis was FANTASTIC! The home was extremely clean, well-stocked, and conveniently located to everything. Even more impressive than the home was how amazing the host/owner was to work with - she was beyond reasonable, extremely helpful, and super responsive (within minutes of me sending a message). This home is our new go-to when visiting family in Erie.

This home is a must for any family visiting the Lake Erie area. The hosts have thought of every need any family could need-providing essentials and even chocolate and fresh flowers upon arrival! They provide quality and comfort at an amazing price and set the bar high for any property rental. We could not be happier with Janelle and Marcy and plan to book with them in the future.
