Room was clean and the hot tub/pool was just what we were hoping for. While the hotel is older and shows some wear, it was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was included and had a good selection to pick from.

The hotel is ATTACHED to Splash Lagoon. There are plenty of family friendly eating options. Our room card did not work when we first arrived, nor did it work the next day and our room did not lock. The hot tub was not hot - barely warm.

We are fairly easy going travellers, but this hotel was disgusting. The elevators were STILL out of service (appears since June at least), the room itself was disgusting. The bowls and dishes were dirty, mold was growing under the sink, the bathtub was dirty, the pool fans were covered in dust and black mold, and the staff do NOTHING about the guests who disobey rules. Don’t stay here. $200 wasted, we left early in the morning.

Bathroom did'nt have any shelving in the shower so that you could put your stuff on. Remote control was dirty and batteries were sticking out. no back on it.

Room was pretty rough, chairs in poor condition beds not that comfortable. Crack in the shower floor. Toilet would run every once and a while. Scrapes on walls. Toilet paper was not stocked, plenty of towels. One of our pillowcases was stained. Dead bolt lock was damaged. Room was quiet and it s extremely close to the water park we went to which was convenient! Staff was friendly but, they seemed overwhelmed.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. There is lots to do around the facility. The room was great for our family of 6. It was like we were stating in a small apartment with the separate rooms ans the full size kitchen.

During our stay the Elevator was out of service, the 2nd floor ice machine was out of service, the sauna was out of service and the tub in our room was kinda beat up. The continental breakfast was really good and the bed was very comfortable.

Nothing was unique ,thwe elevator was broken we were on the 3rd floor with handicapped guests ,electronic door locks.didnt work ,rooms are not kept well for what i.paid to stay i expected much more iam sure that the things that are broken were included in the cost of my stay i would appreciate a phone call from a manager and would expect som compensation

After check in we were informed that the elevators were diown due to ‘safety” reasons and we would have to use the steps to the 3rd floor, when we asked for a refund due to this not being disclosed until after check in, staff stated they could refund nor discount us. But still on the website they offer elevators and a handicap accessible property with no update on the elevators being down! Very very dissatisfied
