One of the rooms had a TV that was as broken, the toilet didn’t stop running and maintenance had to come take of the lock plate because the door wouldn’t close. Hotel needs a refresh. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff is great! Very friendly and helpful. Properly lacked some amenities that other Fairfield’s have (ie exercise room), my bad for not checking that one first. Also the breakfast was very minimal compared to the same brand hotel I stayed in the night before. My room was fine but my bathroom needed an update. The tub and ceiling had damage that you would find in a much lower grade hotel. It’s acceptable for a stay but I probably won’t use this one again as I do frequent Erie.
