Not safe for kids.Broken tiles around swimming pool.Family suit rooms without child lock.. Especially receptionists are arrogant and not helpful. Will not be back and recommend to anyone.Unprofessional staff never smiles or says good morning to any guests.

Woke up to disco music playing from 9am.

This is not a 4 star Hotel. Barely 2 star!. Rooms are extremely small. If you want a peaceful hotel, this is not it. We woke up to disco music playing from 9am in the morning. Plus there was a loud generator next to the building. You can hear the plumbing pipes making weird noises in the middle of the night.

One of the best hotel in Mersin

It was a short trip for us but hotel was good enough. We were stayed 2 nights; foods, pool and snacks are wonderful. We will be there asap. One of the best hotel for family with children. Kısa bir tatile olsa da otel gayet iyiydi. İki gece konakladık ve yemekleri, havuzu, diğer imkanları ile harika bir yer. Yine gelmeyi planlıyoruz. Ayrıca otel çocuklu aileler için de harika.

correct dans l'ensemble

Hotel bien adapté pour les famille. La nourriture est bonne mais très peu varié et peu de choix. les tarifs des entras sont élevés pour la prestation de service qui est moyenne. Il faudrait arrêter de fumer à l'extérieur du restaurant.Le personnel pour les animations sont très moyen. Le programme est le même tous les jours et peu de variation. Le mini disco pour les enfants et de loin le pire que j'ai pu voir. même mon fils de 7 ans en a rigolé. mais c'est un endroit calme ou on peu se reposer. On ne se bat pas pour trouver de la place sur les transats, il y a toujours de la place et identique sur la plage.
