Amazing customer service!
Very dated hotel, could do with refurbishing, although the new shower was fabulous!!
Excellent customer service experience! Nothing was too much trouble.
Accessibility: two blue badge parking spaces both occupied by people without blue badges despite my arrival by 3.15 and still there at 10pm. Reception staff do not take car reg numbers - why not?
I am never sure why a normal bath with a hand rail is considered accessible to meet with booking requirements. Reception staff agreed they do have walk-in showers which were not offered. So I couldn’t use the bath. (I had sent direct messages to hotel prior to booking but these were not answered).
Payment: I was asked to pay when I arrived before being allowed to check in as my “credit card had not gone through”. Fortunately I had my payment receipt in my phone and easily available. Not a good first impression!
Cleaning: great job by cleaner - but chairs and furnishings very stained.
Otherwise friendly and reasonable standard.
Ideal position for work appointment. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Issue with the coffee machine in the morning, meaning breakfast was late - not an issue for me as I had plenty of time but it might have been for others. Will certainly stay again.
Great staff and manager, always a nice welcome and will do anything to help make the stay great.
Decent price, good rooms but a bit dated.
Handy to have the pub/ restaurant next door.
The property was surprisingly quiet , beingbon a main thoroughfair, due to the Queen Adelade pub being betweennit and the A240.
Yhe staff were v frienly and helpfil.
The only downside was that the garden areas around the ample parking were neglected and left with a pole of broken pallts .
But the accomodation was very good.
Always try to stay here if working in the area, good prices and brilliant reception lady.

Pub next door serving food but you need to check last food order times, if not there’s a garage adjacent with some food available.
Our stay way good as in a good location to visit our daughter and family . Parking was good at hotel and being adjacent to a pub is good although we didn’t visit on this occasion.
If I could suggest some improvement then that would be better pillows as these were foam flat ones . The quilt was heavy and a high tog where like a lighter low tog .
Will book again if we get the right price however very comparable to that of a premier inn
Staff very good, room clean with everything needed.
One issue is we never seem to get our paid invoice when checking out always seems they have a problem with login in. The guy on reception said he would email the invoice but haven’t had it yet and expect I will have to chase them, not good as we need the invoice for our VAT accounts
I was working nights, so sleeping throughout the day. I slept very well remaining undisturb. The staff were very helpful and curtious, particularly Ali. Also there is a pub attached that serves great food.
Stopped here a lot for business, staff always helpful and cheerful. Rooms a little worn but clean. Next to a pub for drink and food, but watch it doesn’t close the kitchen early, the pub wouldn’t take a order for simple meal at 8.02 pm as it had shut the kitchen at 8!
Food decent.
Always tight on parking when the pubs open but always managed to find a spot.

Away for work
This was a 1-night stay for work. Believe this might be an old Premier Inn. Free car parking available. I was in room 18 which was okay, just looked a bit tired (decor wise). The ensuite had new shower and tiling. The only heater was a wall heater controlled by a theromstat on the other side of the room, so until this was turned up the heat did not come on. No instructions in the room to help with this. TV was okay as was the Wifi. Bed was okay. The kitchen in the pub next to the hotel closed at 8pm (this was a Tuesday night) so check in case you can't go and get something else to eat.
