This is by far not a 4 star hotel . Toilet broke and reported to get it fixed then they said it was fixed and kept being broken. Very loud atmosphere and could not get to sleep at all.

The kitchen was poorly equipped. The last time we stayed there was in February 24 and it was poorly equipped then although it had a cooking pot. This time we brought a frying pan but there was no pot. Aside from the poorly equipped kitchen, the staff was super nice and accommodating. The desk clerk on our first day tried to find us a pot. Housekeeping was super nice as well. The kitchen really needs more if you’re going to rent it as a suite with kitchenette.

Our room at uliv was clean, comfortable, location is central, great powerful shower, safe parking , pool , jacuzzi (must ask staff to heat jacuzzi if you want to use it) fast WiFi, cable tv with many channels, there is a bar/club next door which plays loud music but seemed to stop around 11pm, if you get a room closer to this bar , maybe the music might bother you, (no fault whatsoever of uliv) also some traffic noise which didn’t bother us , overall a good stay at a great price.

Very Clean, Cozy, & Secure. This was my second time staying at this Hotel and it was very pleasant. Had no issues at all. Staff was very friendly and very helpful with questions that I had about the town, Room was clean and cozy. Definitely would recommend and I would definitely stay here again.
