The house stays nice and cozy year-round with air conditioning and heating. The home was designed to maximize the ocean views and natural light, so traditional window coverings were not installed. The property uses coastal reflective glass that provides privacy during the day. At night, windows are lightly tinted, and the house is elevated on stilts and positioned in a way that provides good privacy, so people generally cannot see in from ground level. Adventure awaits! What a top-notch, beach landing showcasing stellar sunsets, picturesque coastlines, and an abundance of Gulf Coast treasures just a stone’s throw from the back door. We came to plunder the sands for sharks teeth, and with much success, left with 834 in our treasure box. Sifters and flashlights are a must for the fun!The owners were wonderfully accommodating to our large group travel needs, and we found that any of the extras we wanted for our trip were accessible with a quick trip to the stores nearby. The kids and adults alike enjoyed all the conveniences and beauty of this property. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy! The only thing that could have made our trip better would have been a longer stay! We’ll be dreaming of a return adventure until next time.

This was a wonderful location and the owner was nice communicative. The place was super clean with the exception of some kitchen items perhaps an oversight because we were the first to rent here. Definitely needs window treatments on the bedroom and bathroom windows but we think this will quickly become a favorite spot for vacationers.
