Expedia provides NO customer service. The web site made a reservation for Savannah Ga then switched to a Virginia hotel location called Stony Point. Wasn’t till I got the confirmation 2 minutes that the location was wrong . Attempted several ways to correct it. No luck to change charged me because it was “non cancel able . Such a poor site and service. Will no longer use Expedia and will let my friends know why. Robert Dann

It was a good price. But the shower was a bit grimy. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was cheese omelettes, bagels, and coffee/juice. Usually there is “some” meat like sausage or bacon but this facility didn’t have any.

Well they weren’t able to apply my aaa discount second I booked a double bed and when I went to the room it was a single bed and my six year old walked in and said the room was dirty. There were stains on the wall and the room did not smell clean or good at all. When I went down to change rooms the clerk was very nice and accommodating. The second had the two beds but the bathroom had mold in the ceiling and what looked like dirt/ rust in the middle of the tub. I get it it’s not a Hilton but there should be something when the rooms are inspected that they want to change.

Breakfast average. Decided to eat out on 3 occasions during our one week stay. Had to have room key remade several times. Indoor pool was not heated and very cold. Swimming area felt like AC was on. Booked hotel so my grandson could swim. He was very disappointed. Ask about canceling reservation so I could book another hotel with heated pool. Was denied. Was charged an almost $25 service fee in addition to taxes and fees. I will not stay here again.
