Villa with 7 rooms (full-comfort, 5 bedrooms for 12 people + complementary bed for a child), quiet (50m above the first public road, uncrowded). Large open space for children. Bright living room with views of the lake & mountains, terrace, barbecue, mini-swing, bowling.
December-April: SKI 15-25mn (Crévoux, les Orres); one of the best sun-shined ski-resort in Europe.
April-December: swimming, sailing on Embrun lake; canyoning on Durance. Counterless walk trails, some starting from our house. High mountains with glaciers 'Les Ecrins' 40mn; wonderful Queyras villages (S Véran etc): 50mn

Grand chalet très agréable et calme, vue magnifique, idéalement placé

onnes casseroles et poêles, salon avec une installation TV-DVD-musique, jeux de société, livres, petite piscine et bien plus encore. Personne ne peut s'ennuyer ici, quel que soit le temps. Les bons matelas sont particulièrement confortables pour les personnes souffrant de dos. Les chambres sont divisées et permettent un haut degré d'intimité. Les deux terrasses invitent à la flânerie. La vue sur le „paysage miniature“ de la vallée de la Durance est d'une beauté unique. Le soir, nous avons souvent regardé passer le train de Paris lorsqu'il entrait à Embrun Nous regardions souvent le train parisien arriver à Embrun le soir. Les clés sont remises par des tiers qui montrent la maison en détail sur place. La communication avec Gérard a été très agréable, fluide, rapide et également informative. Pendant tout le séjour, nous avons même été régulièrement informés des activités. Un grand merci pour cela aussi ! Le seul petit bémol était la propreté à notre arrivée. Le four n'avait pas été nettoyé et l'espace extérieur n'avait pas été nettoyé, probablement à cause de la pluie. Mais après concertation avec Gérard, on a tout de suite trouvé une solution. Notre conclusion : nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise et nous nous sommes bien reposés. Nous reviendrons certainement ici. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison de vacances !

Es war genau was wir zum Motorrad fahren gesucht haben, Ruhige Lage und unkompliziert. Ausstattung war OK hat alles funktioniert.

Nous avons apprécié le calme et les soirées étoilées. Les petits, les balançoires, la piscine, l'espace autour du gîte, les jeux et jouets à disposition. Les mamans ont apprécié l'équipement de la cuisine, l'électroménager...on sent que c'est une maison qui vit à longueur d'année. Le principal petit hic est l'échelle de meunier pour accéder à une chambre de 2 personnes mais c'est précisée dans la description du gîte. Au niveau de l'environnement le gîte est situé pas trop loin d'endroit sympa : le lac de Siguret, Crevoux,

Super maison pour séjour en famille ou entre amis

La maison est très agréable pour les séjours entre amis ou en famille avec un agencement atypique qui lui confère beaucoup de charme. Concernant notre groupe nous étions 11 amis dont 1 couple avec 1 nouveau né. De nombreux équipements sont à disposition dans la maison dont tout le matériel nécessaire pour un nouveau né ce qui est très utile le cas échéant! Concernant les extérieurs la terrasse est très bien(nous y avons passé la majorité du temps) et le terrain offre des coins de verdure qui sont très agréables pour se reposer (dont une sympathique petite clairière). Il y a aussi un terrain devant la maison pour jouer à la pétanque (boules à disposition) ainsi qu'une petite piscine qui remplit parfaitement son rôle pour se rafraichir. Bref vous nous recommandons chaudement cette location!

Beau chalet atypique, idéal pour les groupes ou grosse famille. Bémol pour les moins de 3 ans, beaucoup d'escaliers risqués, de fils électriques et de prises électriques à portée des petites mains... propriétaire adorable, avec des infos top sur les alentours (activités, tarifs, renommé....) spéciale motion pour le prix, extra!!!

Sejour magnifique

Ce sejour dans cette grande maison était a la hauteur de nos attentes Voire même plus. La cuisine est tres bien equipé et la table de la salle a manger est assez grande pour 12 personnes. Le salon devant la cheminée est vraiment super pour une petite partie de carte après un retour des pistes.

Excellente semaine de Toussaint ressourçante dans cette lumineuse et chaleureuse maison où nous avons apprécié les différents espaces de vie, la magnifique vue sur le Mont Guillaume et le Morgon ainsi que l'extérieur avec sa terrasse. Petite remarque : le volet intérieur de la porte fenêtre menant à la terrasse est difficile à utiliser.. La maison se situe au calme, dans un hameau, tout en étant proche de Embrun (et son marché ). Son emplacement offre de très nombreuses randonnées dans les différents massifs environnant.
