We were on the second floor and there was no elevator. That should have been disclosed when booking. Our mattress was very soft and the the pillows were hard. The room was clean but the hallways were not.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was kind and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The only complaint i have is regarding the key cards. They were finicky the whole time. We couldn't get my wife's card to work at all on the outer lock, although it did open our room door. We even had them exchange our cards but the new cards have the same problem. Might be time to upgrade to the RFID everyone else is using. The location was convenient right next to a grocery store, so we were able to walk over to get some snacks and other items for dinner. The town is small and cute and has a mountain community feel. We would definitely stay here again.

Last minute reservation. The town of Ely Nevada is old and worn out. Lots of vacant buildings. We originally had reservation at another property here in Ely but it was in horrid shape and we absolutely would not stay there- Magueson Inn. La Quinta was nice and comfortable but expensive . Breakfast was good and more than adequate.

Wallpaper comes of the walls of the room. Furniture had dirty water stains all over. Very lumpy bed. Breakfast staff is not really keeping up with stacking the breakfast area and coffee.

I was expecting what I saw in the photos. This place can definitely use updating. Carpet is old, paint is chipping off of the walls. My kids liked that there was a waffle maker. Breakfast was the best part of the stay.
