Access to the attractive and bright living-dining room from the porch. Fully fitted kitchen. Spacious bedroom with dressing room, en suite bathroom and guest toilet on the ground floor. An internal staircase leads to the upper bedroom with TV and en-suite bathroom. Outside, natural stone terrace, kidney-shaped pool and outdoor shower. The minimum age for making reservations is 30 years old. The ID of the contract holder will be requested for verification on the day of check-in.
The Space:
Beautiful and spacious terrace area near the pool, kidney-shaped pool, outdoor shower, parking space for your car, washing machine and dryer, air conditioning hot/cold in the living room and in both bedrooms, electric radiators throughout the house, fireplace cassette for wood in the living room, special extra: 1 solar fan for free heating in winter in the living room , 2 bathrooms, 1 extra WC, international SAT TV, WIFI, fully equipped fitted kitchen among other things with dishwasher and microwave, shutters in the whole house and much more. The entire property is protected from view by walls. The beds are 160 x 190 cm and 180 x 190 cm.

The nearest golf course would be in Oliva or La Sella.
