If you care to venture out a bit further, the cabin is centrally located, allowing you to easily make a day trip to some of the best resort towns in the state (Mackinac Island - 70 miles, Petoskey - 50 miles, Traverse City -50 miles).
Looking for a home base for snowmobile or ATV riding? The cabin's proximity to Trail 4 makes it an ideal base for snowmobile or ATV enthusiasts, granting access to some of Northern Michigan's finest riding trails. Located in ‘the buckle’ of the Northern Michigan snowbelt, there is an average snowfall over 150 inches a year! Want to ski? Boyne Mountain – one of the largest ski resorts in Michigan – is less than 30 minutes away, and several smaller resorts are even closer.
