Elmina Castle was built by the Portuguese in Cape Coast, Ghana in the 1400s to ship africans during the slave trade. Many left their homeland through this castle and sadly, never returned. It now stands as a historical museum open to the public. #culture #ghana #travel

Quaint property situated right on the ocean. Staff were very attentive to our needs, personable. Transportation was excellent. Food was good.

Located in Elmina, Coconut Grove Bridge House is in the historical district, within a 5-minute walk of Elmina Castle and Asafo #1 Posuban Shrine.
I didn't think the property remarkable at all. It was adverage at best. I only stayed one night and would probably not stay there again. I cannot compare this property to the others as I am unfamiliar with them.
