Dirty , dusgusting place

Dirty , broken chairs, broken funton, oven didnt work , heat, stopped and ac didnt work and kitchen windows broken coukd not get fresh air , id nwver allow antine to stay here

Nothing fancy, adequate.

Visually clean, but the refrigerator was dirty. Choose not to use the entire kitchen. Kitchen window was plastic taped. So tired, sleeping mostly. TV did not have local channels, would have had to setup my logins. Did not bother. Front door lock was not very secure, the futon in the living room was so flat, so cheap, that I could feel the severe uncomfortableness after sitting 5 minutes. Left as early as possible. This could be a great place, just needs some corrections. Home is for sale, so maybe this is just extra money to it sells.

My negatives & positives...

This town home has 3 sets of very steep staircases which I believe aren't to current code. It has obvious damage to bath faucet area that was "repaired" with a swath of clear tape. It had slight tobacco odor in sunroom area. It did have very comfy beds, it was really clean, it provided everything from laundry soap to trash bags & all other incendary items one may not think to bring & is in a lovely neighbourhood.

A beautiful place to stay

The place is a large townhouse with good sized rooms. We were a group of 4 adults and 4 children, we had plenty of room for everyone. It is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, close to beaches, boat launches, hiking trails, and fishing. It was clean, nicely decorated, and the kitchen had all the basic equipment. The fridge and stove are full sized. We really enjoyed the sunroom and deck. We are hoping to return next summer.

It'll Do

House was adequate. We were working during the day so didn't spend much time in the home aside from sleeping and eating. Slight smell of smoking in the house, the couch in the living room was inflatable, no supplied coffee (just a nice to have), no pans, only pots in the cupboards. Sleeps 7 means 3 queen beds and a futon. Very cheap and basic. Nice area, close to the rest of town and property manager was responsive.
