Can’t say enough about this property. Best vacation rental we’ve ever had! From the very beginning, Norah’s communication was immediate and thorough, with directions and instructions for our entire stay, from check-in at the gate and house, suggestions for must-sees, restaurants, stores, etc. It was beautifully decorated, so homey, and the attention to detail was incredible. All light switches and cabinets were marked with labels. There were instructions for everything from the WiFi, all TVs, Roku devices, the arcade, both fireplaces, the hot tub, etc. Norah was just amazing and thought of everything. There were extra blankets, batteries, light bulbs, hand and body soaps in all the bathrooms (not common with vacation rentals; usually they just give you a very basic starter kit), paper towels, extra toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, a bucket of corn for feeding the deer, plenty of firewood for building a fire in the firepit, smore-making ingredients, plenty of DVDs and tons of games. The thing that impressed us most of all was how clean everything was, which is HUGE! We spent mornings feeding the deer, cooked many meals in the fully-stocked kitchen, sat on the beautiful decks enjoying fresh mountain air, hiked, visited downtown Ellijay, Blue Ridge, McCaysville, Amicalola Falls, went gem mining, spent evenings in the hot tub, lit fires in the firepit, played pool and the arcade until deep in the night.
