We had an excellent stay! Our room was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and featured one of the best beds we’ve ever slept on. The location is beautiful and offers a peaceful sense of privacy away from the bustle. The food and service were fantastic throughout. A special thanks to Ricardo, who truly made our experience exceptional.

The Cerritos Beach Inn is an absolute slice of heaven, located on a quiet stretch of the beach just a short walk from a busier surf beach. This is a beautiful property, the rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the bedding is of the highest quality. The staff is very friendly and attentive; the food is fresh and delicious (do not miss the eggs benedict). Settle in with a well-made Margarita on the stunning patio as you watch the sunset and you will never want to leave. Highly recommend, very much worth the trip.

I recently stayed at Cerritos Bean Inn and had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. This place really delivers on everything you’d want in a beach getaway. The food and bar were outstanding—great variety, fresh ingredients, and the drinks were consistently excellent. Whether it was a casual lunch or sunset cocktails, everything hit the mark. One of the biggest highlights is the swimmable beach, which can be hard to find in some areas. It’s perfect for relaxing, cooling off, or just enjoying the ocean safely. If you’re into surfing, you’re in luck—there are great surf spots nearby, and everything is just a short walk away, including other fun beach bars. The sunsets here are absolutely stunning—some of the best I’ve seen anywhere. It’s the kind of place where you’ll want to pause every evening and just take it all in. The staff truly made the stay special. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming, always going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Finally, the rooms were very clean and well-kept, which made it easy to fully relax and enjoy the stay. Overall, Cerritos Bean Inn is a fantastic spot if you’re looking for great food, a lively but laid-back atmosphere, beautiful scenery, and easy access to beach activities. I’d absolutely come back.

CBI was an amazing stay. We had the Veracruz room overlooking the beach. I'm missing sounds of ocean waves crashing already! The staff is amazing, so friendly and attentive. Pete the new owner was onsite to welcome his guests and share his story about his dream home away from home. The food was delicious, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. The bar was well stocked with fresh ingredients to make all sorts of beverages. The locations is a bit remote. A car is recommended but the staff can arrange transportation with local drivers for reasonable prices. There is a great beach scene a short walk north from the hotel. Surf lessons, horse back rides, massages, food, drinks, and more. We miss it already but will definitely be back.

Our stay at Cerritos Beach Inn was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine hospitality that it instantly set the tone for the entire trip. The staff went above and beyond in every possible way and were excellent. We got to know them throughout our staff and every interaction felt thoughtful and it was clear they truly cared about making our stay special. The food was another standout. Every meal was fresh, delicious and incredibly well prepared. Our room was perfect - recently renovated and very comfortable beds but also designed to capture the laid-back luxury of the area. We could even hear the waves from our room. And of course, the location itself is unbeatable. You can't get any closer to the beach (literally on it) and we loved the views. This place truly has something special. It’s the kind of spot you hesitate to rave about too loudly because you want to keep it a hidden gem, but it deserves the recognition. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Had a lovely week at the CBI. Super chill and on a quiet stretch of beautiful beach where you can walk for ages. Easy stroll to a teeny, surf town. Incomparable ocean front rooms and the restaurant is really great and had the best margaritas on the whole trip! Staff are friendly and welcoming. Special shout out to Ricardo who is a wonderful person.

The Cerritos Beach Inn is the Gem of the Cerritos/Pescadero area! My wife and I stayed here on Valentine's day/night and the boutique hotel and the staff could not be more gracious. We ate three meals, all amazing and the drinks don't disappoint either. The hotel and restaurant are the spot to be for sunset. During our evening drinks and meal many whales could be spotted just offshore including a mother teaching her baby the art of "flippering" and lobtailing. Our room was clean, had a very comfy bed, great shower, and a wonderful view of the water. A big shoutout to Ricardo, he never stopped hustling and managed to take care of everyone. Also, it was great to meet the new owner Pete. You can tell he has a passion for the place and creating a fun vibe for everyone. Thanks for taking care of us! IF you are staying in the Cerritos area, this is a must stay!

Magical boutique hotel with crashing waves to fall asleep by. Very friendly staff and delicious meals looking out on the beach and watching an amazing sunset and frolicking whales. There's new management who are working hard to ensure the hotel is as beautiful as it's surroundings. I will definitely return!
