Check in process easy. There was trash in the parking area. Rooms are dated. Restroom vanity was cracked. Fixtures rusty and wallpaper peeling. The cleaning maids were really helpful and did a great job

Room was old looking, not like the pictures, bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom was very poorly kept. Like the tub was painted over and there was rust on the toilet paperholder. When asking about a refund they were not helpful at all. To top everything else off the door had to be slammed shut to latch.

The room was a wreck. It felt so neglected and dirty. We stay with our medical mission every year. The employees are nice but it feels so sad to stay there

I got the deluxe king room, and they gave me a room the size of a closet. It was dirty. All of the soap dispensers were empty. And there was hair on the tub wall from someone else. That place wasn’t properly cleaned. They only serviced my room one time out of the four days I was there. And that one time that it was serviced I came back to my room, and I found this tall Topo Chico hard seltzer on the windowsill. I’m not a drinker and I also don’t know where it came from other than the cleaning staff? I have no idea. I figured not to say anything because the following day I was going to check out anyway. Terrible place and I will never stay there again.

The room was dirty, and the carpets throughout the hotel were filthy. The doors were marked up, and the sofa in the “suite” looked like it had never been cleaned. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, and the bathtub was stained with hard water marks. The maintenance and cleaning staff were friendly and seemed to be doing their best with what they had, but the front desk staff were never present when I went down to check in or check out. Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again.
