The riad is beautiful, everything is new and very clean. There are thoughtful touches everywhere. The location is great, right in the heart of the medina. The breakfast is delicious, a typical Moroccan breakfast, super complete and freshly made. The two ladies at the reception are lovely and super attentive. Since it was our first time in Fez, they recommended the best places and helped us find a good guide to visit the old medina. We would definitely come back, and we will.

Wonderful, luxurious stay in the heart of the Old City of Fes. The staff was exceptional in every way. By dinner of our first day we were recognized and addressed by name. Nothing appeared to be any trouble. The Riad was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The dinning options were satisfying and ordering off menu was available (within reason). The front desk was helpful in arranging, city tours, drivers and guides. I would definitely stay here upon a future visit to Fes.

we enjoyed our stay- the pool was beautiful and dining options were great- we especially loved the moroccan restaurant thank-you to all of the kind staff. They even delivered a special cake to our room wishing us a happy wedding anniversary.

We stayed just 1 night. The first day we arrived early at the morning and the second day we also checked out early, so the host provided us the breakfast at the first day, that was fantastic big portion local meal! Besides, the host helped to arrange the pickup service from the CTM station, the 20min trip charged us $80, it would be at least 50% cheaper if we took the taxi. For the location, it was outside the medina, <10min taxi would cost $15 by meter. The leather tannery is also walking distance <15min but guys please reject the tour guide at the entrance! They will charge you if you didn't purchase, and in fact their products are not that special, you can find the same thing in the medina. Please do negotia the price (50-70% lower) if you buy something in EVERY cities in Morocco!!!

This isn't my first stay at the hotel. It has a brand perception that should be maintained. However, the breakfast offerings are lacking. I stayed in room 118 on the ground floor, and that room is in desperate need of renovation. In any other place in Europe, that room wouldn’t be used unless it had been refurbished!

My family and I really loved our stay in Fès. It was our first time ever in Morocco, and Mehdi was incredibly helpful. He connected us with a tour guide for our first day, which let us see many things we would have missed otherwise. The Riad is beautiful, clean, and in an excellent location — right across from the Andalusian Mosque and about a 10 minute walk from Seffarine Square, the tanneries, and many incredible markets. Every morning, Fatiha, the chef, prepared an amazing meal, as well as mint tea and coffee. She is one of the sweetest, funniest people around. We also had dinner at the riad one night, which was, unsurprisingly, delicious. We are vegetarian, and Fatiha was very accommodating. Some of our favorite moments were just sitting and drinking tea on the patio. One more general thing, not related to our stay - We had some trouble on arrival. Our plane was delayed and we ended up landing at 1:30 in the morning, which caused some trouble with the transport we’d arranged. As long as you aren’t trying to show up in the middle of the night, though, all should be good. Mehdi still went above and beyond in order to sort everything out, and wound up staying up until we arrived. And then drove us to the airport for our departure. He couldn't have been more helpful and kind - highly recommend House Andalous!
