Enjoy a relaxing stay in this spacious 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment in the Makadi Lagoon community. resort community located in the heart of Makadi Bay on Egypt’s Red Sea coast. the resort is elevated 70 meters above sea level, offering panoramic views of the surrounding area. Our Apartment is Located on the second level, it offers exclusive access to a private rooftop, perfect for sunbathing, relaxing, or enjoying the view.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, electric oven, air fryer, and washer—everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms are cozy and bright, and with three bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone.

The compound is in a great location, with a clear-water beach, a large swimming pool, and several restaurants. Whether you want to unwind or explore, this is the perfect place for your next getaway.

Free swimming pool , Attention: the beaches are 5 km away You can buy the entrance ticket at the Customer Care Office across from the Clubhouse. The beach Coco Loco Beach at La Branda Hotel is also charged , unless you buy a Clubhouse membership for 2 weeks, then the beach is included. The hotels in Makadi Bay offer day use.

Other things to note
-the property offers a paid airport shuttle service.
-Pets are not allowed.
-Parties/events are not allowed.
-smoking inside the apartment are not allowed .
-Visitors are not allowed in our secured area. If you want to meet friends who do not live here, you can meet them at a cafe in the Makadi Heights Mall.
-No Towels available at the Apt , Please get yours for yourself Care and Hygiene.
-Pocket wifi are available in the Apartment but you need to charge it to use it.
