Gorgeous, spacious rooms. Each room has a sitting area and outdoor deck. You can easily walk to everywhere in town. Once you park your car you can go to all trailheads by foot. Highly recommend! Maximus is incredible. He works the front desk and the restaurant. He is incredibly kind, hospitable, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Fabulous property representative!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff are super friendly, efficient and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The buffet breakfast was vey good and had made to order eggs. We had dinner in the restaurant twice and enjoyed it both times. We would definitely stay here again.

Restaurant is good but we highly recommend having Argentinian /EL Chaltén local cuisine / better mastering the cuisine of the region that goes with the cost ambiance than trying to offer some modern/international cuisine that does not execute it well. Even for Argentinian it will work better.

It showed a price of $743.79 when I booked, but I was actually charged $823.81 at check-in. They blamed it on the exchange rate, but this didn't happen with any of my other bookings in Argentina.

Unhelpful staff for the high cost

The hotel staff was extremely unhelpful and sometimes rude. The two women working the front desk seemed annoyed whenever we asked them simple questions. They also charged us more than what we booked for. They said it was the law and that we’d get a refund on our credit card but it hasn’t worked like that at any other hotel in Argentina. The hotel is clean / located in a good spot. After walking around El Chalten and seeing other hotels / hostels, I wish I had gone with a more affordable option because everything in town was pretty comparable in quality.

This was a great property just off the main street - very walkable to the main hiking trails. The Premium room was brand new with modern furnishings and was very comfortable. Breakfast was great and the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
