Set on a spacious 1000 m² lot, the house features large green areas and a private pool, perfect for enjoying the day with friends or family. Its classic design offers a warm, comfortable, and functional atmosphere. The home is fully equipped for a relaxing stay, just steps from the beach and with privileged views of the lagoon.
Guest Access:
You’ll have full access to all areas of HOP Solarena, including its private pool, fully equipped kitchen, social areas, BBQ zone, and free private parking. You’ll also enjoy the shared amenities of the gated community and easy walking access to the beach.
The Neighborhood:
The house is located in the exclusive Playa del Carmen gated community, which offers 24/7 security, a clubhouse, sports courts, walking paths, lagoons, and direct beach access. Its location facing the lagoon provides a peaceful, natural, and safe environment to enjoy with family or friends.
Getting Around:
We are located at km 204 of the new Panamericana Sur highway, just 2 hours south of Lima. At the entrance of the community, you'll find a PRIMAX gas station with a restaurant and minimarket. From here, you can visit Chincha (25 min), Pisco (15 min), Paracas (30 min), and Ica (1 h).
Other Things to Note:
The gated community offers 24/7 security for a safe and peaceful stay.
The house comes fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, and basic cleaning supplies.
Access to the community includes a short dirt road; we recommend arriving by car.
Parties and loud music are not allowed in accordance with condominium rules.
