From your terrace you have a view on the renovated mill and the dune landscape. Inside, you enjoy all the comforts you wish for in a holiday home and on a cold day or after a long walk, curl up next to the the fireplace.

On the ground floor you find the living room with a cozy sitting area and a fireplace, a TV, the dining table, a modern and fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. Through the patio doors you step out onto the terrace and into the garden. On the first floor are 3 nice bright bedrooms situated, each with a comfortable double bed and there is a beautiful bathroom with a shower, sink and even a sauna!

The holiday home is situated only 2 km from the beach and the sea, so you can easily cycle there. The area is perfect for all types of visits, the pleasant village of Egmond aan Zee is one and a half kilometers away, but also the artists' village of Bergen and the historic center of Alkmaar are definitely worth a visit. Leider keine Zonnestralen im Haus "Zonnestralen"
Bei Ankunft Heizung und Wasser ausgeschaltet - es musste erst ein Techniker kommen. Es war eiskalt.Haus staubig und schmutzig - insgesamt ungepflegt.
