If was just me, the bed was bad and I had a pretty lousy night sleep. I thought the mattress was thin, hard and you could feel the springs. My husband said he slept awesome. So maybe I got the bad side of the bed. Room was spacious and kiddo slept on pull out sofa and thought it was great. Seemed a little short staffed, but had no other complaints besides the bed

Needs some updating.

It wasn't a horrible stay. However the tub/shower combo was gross looking. It looked like a 5 year tried to repair it. You could see all the discoloration from the different putty, sealer and paint. The maintenance department needs to be revaluated. The bed was hard and the pillows were very small. It did seems clean enough and it was quiet.

Question to self- will I stay again?

Stayed here many times but feel like it is beginning to wither. Bed not quite as comfortable- need new mattresses? Not as clean in previous stays. Noticed stained carpets.

it was dirty when we got there and it was a 2 night stay and when we got back to our room the second night at 4 :11 there was nothing done to our room had to go to front and ask them they said at front some one well get to it soon. If I pay for the room for 2 night and nothing is done for the room the second night you stole from me.

The property had key card issues. I had to have mine redone 3 different times. There was no shampoo in the room (had to find housekeeping in the hallway and request some). There were problems with the TV and when I tried to call about it, it seemed I was hung up on. I think the problem was I could hear them but they could not hear me. Not good. Phones need to be checked and working. I did finally walk down to the desk and get someone to help with the TV problem.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool was a mad house. There were 20 people in the pool. They were loud and aggressive. The main reason I chose this hotel is for my grandkids to swim. We will probably not come back to this hotel. Thanks, Lisa Smith
