I chose this hotel based on a great experience I had at the same chain in Abu Dhabi, but unfortunately, this stay was disappointing. For a four-star hotel, I was surprised by the lack of basic amenities like a dental kit or comb and for a buffet breakfast. The continental breakfast offered is very limited variety and was the same each day. I also reached out to the hotel before my stay with a request and never received a response. I would only recommend this hotel for a quick overnight stay near the airport, as it is quite far from the city center and lacks the service and standards I expected.
