Very nice hotel, clean rooms and good breakfast. I like the water station by the elevator and the coffee/tea station was great too. My room was east facing and tended to be very warm. Great stay would definitely stay again.

Everything about our stay was fine, until we tried to take the airport shuttle upon departure. We had booked the 9am shuttle with the agent when we arrived and were instructed to be at the front door by 850 am. We were there by 845, and waited until 910, with no shuttle arrival. Upon asking about its whereabouts, we were informed there was no reservation and were told we coukd take the 10am shuttle. The agent at checkin had said it runs every 30 mins, so I'm unsure why we were not offered the 930 shuttle. We were forced to take a cab and pay $20 out of our own pockets. Whats the use in choosing a hotel with an airport shuttle if this happens?

Hotel is very clean. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The lounge had a small menu but what we had was very good. Also the continental breakfast was god and had a variety of different options.
