Booked a two-queen-bed room for my family 1.5 months in advance. At check-in, we were told no such room was available and were offered two separate rooms, each with one queen bed, completely unsuitable for our two young kids. After an 8-hour drive, this was beyond frustrating.
Only after waiting, speaking to a supervisor, and more delays did they “magically” find the room we originally booked. This happened around midnight, turning what should have been a smooth check-in into a stressful ordeal.
Extremely disappointed with both the hotel and Expedia for allowing this to happen. If you book here, be prepared for the possibility that your confirmed reservation may not be honored.
