There was a fire the night before. Our room was supposed to be right in the middle of the smell. The lady at the desk said she wasn’t aware that it still smelled like smoke. There was also a person sitting in the stairwell and roaming the main floor who wasn’t a guest and they needed to call security, which took quite a while.

The pool area is unique, but there rarely were towels and they took over an hour to restock them when we asked for towels. I was not allowed to get an extra coffee pod in the evening for my morning coffee. We had been there 4 days at this point and had not had our room restocked, and I was told they only hand out coffee pods in the morning.

The pool was dirty, the breakfast was toast or cereal with everyone using the same peanut butter jar, then there was a fire in the middle of the night caused by a bathroom fan and we were all evacuated. Never again will I stay here.

Room was very small, bed was a double not a queen size. Kids running up and down the hall for hours. Drunks yelling in the hallway in wee hours of the morning. The free breakfast was not available and from the people ahead of us at check out had not been available for their 3 days stay. No acknowledgement of the issues at the front desk or discount for not being as advertised. Will not be staying here again.

Our room had a key issue and the repair staff were really helpful. The breakfast was really poor for selection and too busy to get in. They Hotel condition overall needs more attention at areas are visibly on need of maintenance. Adding level 2 electric vehicle charging would be an asset.

This was one of the worst hotel stays we have ever had. The rooms felt neglected and poorly maintained. Heating was not functioning properly in one of my daughter’s rooms, leaving it uncomfortably cold despite multiple complaints. The pool and hot tub were unacceptable—dirty water, strong unpleasant odor, and visible human hair, clearly indicating a lack of hygiene and maintenance. Several lamps in the rooms were blinking and malfunctioning. Breakfast was advertised but not provided, with staff offering excuses about a food delivery not arriving. The canteen staff were rude and dismissive toward guests. The parking lot was poorly cleared of snow, creating inconvenience and safety concerns. Management failed entirely in addressing complaints or offering solutions. Overall, this property lacks cleanliness, basic maintenance, customer service, and competent management. I do not recommend staying here.
