It was a really good stay for me, the wife and our two kids. We all enjoyed the pool and the distance to West Edmonton Mall was really convenient.

The property was dirty, building is falling apart when I went to the room and opened the door the smell of smoke was wild felt gross, windows were broke around the place, they said they would give me a full refund asked for a receipt the first guy wouldn’t had to go back and get one from another staff member, still have yet to receive my refund and the manager never calls back

My stay with my 13 yr old son

The room was way too small and it was very hot. The shower had no pressure and again very small. No room for toiletries. The water slide was not working but when I booked it it said it was. The restaurant that was advertised had not been there in months and the one that was there was not open. The tv had about 10 channels and half were French and I’m not French. The remote did not work properly and was missing the back cover. The breakfast was not overly exciting. I guess the biggest thing is the advertising of the hotel will definitely make me second guess Hotel.com in the future. I have to say one positive was the beds were very nice. The coat rack was missing the hangers and the shelf. Thanks

Very good value for money although did not use pool/hot tub as it was full of kids consistently jumping from one to the other. Great they were having fun and tiring themselves out but maybe should have adult only time from 10:00-11:00pm...

The room in general was dirty. The bathroom floor was dirty. The pillows were broken up stuffing inside a bag. Continental breakfast consisted if no sweetener, no cream, no fruit, coffee was horrible anyway. All over atmosphere was dull, dingy, smelly and unpleasant. Elevators not marked so walk right by them as they are receeded into the wall. Wont return or recomnd

Do NOT book at this hotel. Room was dirty. Many pieces of furniture and the bathroom fixtures were broken. Pool slide was closed. Pool water gave the kids a rash. Very noisy at night. Pictures online are not of the hotel.

Booked this room. It was so bad we grabbed a different hotel. The hotel staff said we would have to contact Expedia for a refund. Expedia needs to contact the hotel to verify we didn’t stay there before we get a refund and the hotel is now not answering. Very disappointed with the hotel and Expedia right now very unsatisfied

It was terrible, you could tell the rooms have had lots of pets due to the pet dander not being cleaned properly. The room doors slam shut if you don’t close them carefully. The bedding caused our skin to itch. Never again.

It was really noisy outside lots of disturbance and did not get coffee for my breakfast today morning. They said they ran out but still their breakfast time was not over and it doesn’t make any sense as breakfast is included in your stay. If you are looking for quite stay this place is not for you.

Waterslide is broken… the main reason we booked this hotel. The room we were given smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. Thankfully we were able to switch rooms after waiting in a very long line up for customer service. The staff was friendly and trying their best under difficult circumstances.
