Upon arrival, the front desk clerk was engaged in a conversation on the phone with tech support. She was not very pleasant and did not really seem like she cared to be there. Once we were given our keys, the room was nicely renovated, and was fairly comfortable. We tried using the business center's computers to print our boarding passes, but there was no functioning internet. When we woke up the day of departure, there was a large puddle of water coming from the air conditioner that had flowed under one bed and pooled beside the other bed. Not great maintenance. Mentioned at check out and it was "oh, sorry". Won't stay here again.
